26 week Ultrasound update

So today I had my Ultrasound and everything is looking great the doctor said. I definitely have 2 boys in there and the doctor says my there quite active... I replied oh yes I know that already...lol

There measuring a few days smaller just like last time but the doctor didn't seem concerned about it. So baby A is weighing 1lb 9oz and a heart beat of 141 and baby B is weighing 1lb 12oz with a heart beat of 136. I got some really good pics this time too.

I asked the doctor about all the pressure I feel down there and he decided to check my cervix... I was happy when the doctor said my cervix is looking nice and long still and the babies fluid looks great as well. I am so relieved to know everything is good right now. I will post pics shortly... I have to wait til the hubby get's home from work to scan them... I am afraid I will mess up something on him...

aww thanks...how have you been doing?

I'm "ok" .. anything better than that i'd be lying. The miscarriage really took it's toll and me and dh. Neither of us had ever dealt with loss like that before and the way everything went down both during and after has been visually, mentally and emotionally traumatizing! But we're dealing with it - one day at a time AND still TTC.

On a lighter note, we have a 5 1/2 year who is awesome and we know just how lucky we are with him so if he is meant to be our only child then so be it ..

Aww I couldnt imagine... one of my good friends was due the same time as me and miscarried at 6 weeks... when I found out I was having twins she wanted to know how everything was and I didnt want to tell her. It was hard to but She's getting better and TTC again as well. I wish you the best... keep in touch.. :)

Yay!  I asked about my cervix today, too.  She just tap dances on it so much that I wanted to be sure it was holding up...lol.

oh I know... baby A is head down so I assume I am getting head butted all the time from him. Some days I feel like when I stand up my water will break and a baby is just gonna fall out... I feel better knowing its still holding strong...

great news!! My baby was 1 lb 10 oz at 24 weeks so that doesn't sound too small to me! Especially for twins!
