Suggestions on weight loss while nursing?
I haven't been on here in quite a while, so I don't know if anyone remembers me? lol
I got pregnant when I was 5 months post-op, I now have a 7.5 month old daughter.
Our nursing relationship is quite established, and she now eats solid foods. I have been trying my hardest to drink a few protein shakes each day again. I still have more weight to lose, and I am trying to go about it in the best way possible to keep nursing my daughter.
I nursed my last baby until he was 20 months old, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon with my daughter, so I need to figure out a way to go about this whole weight loss thing....
I would love any suggestions, if anything has worked for you, PLEASE share!!
Thanks Everyone!!

Wow, good post! I am curious about the nursing aspect and diet after the baby is born as well. I am sure one of these seasoned vets will give you some good advice!

I know it's probably not the advice you're looking for but it comes down to activity since you don't want to skimp on nutrition while nursing. Up that protein, drink water and exercise.I am not practicing what I preach at all.
I know I have to be active, and I have actually been really good with that in the past few weeks. I just have a hard time getting all the protein in....
