Need opinions...

I had both a bassinet and a P&P... Honestly, I rarely used the basinett at all... We just used the P&P basinett part the most... And our P&P has had a lot of use... Zander has went to my sister's for a night or two a few times and used it... Plus now that he is walking, we use it when we've got to be out of the room to keep him contained and out of things... It was a great investment!

I like the one you've chosen and I think it's a good idea... The other thing I never used was a changing table... We usually just changed him on the bed or the couch when it was needed... If it was especially messy, I'd just throw a towel under him while changing the diaper...

Oh and while I am rambling, I would suggest one of those snuggie wrap things for when your little girl is tiny... I forget what they are called but it keeps their arms & legs against their body when you lay them down... My son jumped a lot when he was really little which made swaddling him a challenge to get it snug enough...
