I had PCOS before my RNY. We tried to conceive for over 10yrs. I had two miscarriages and never had a regular period since I started. I would go months without a period and then months with it on. I'm a little over a year out from WLS. After WLS my period has been on time every month until this month! I just found out Friday that I'm pregnant. WLS really do help PCOS people conceive.
Just continue to do what you need to do with your weight loss and in time you will get pregnant too.
