Allergies...I love my netti pot!
Okay...I am one of those lucky ones that NEVER had allergy issues til I hit 30. Then they came heavily. They have been hitting me terribly for the last two months, and I ended up having a sinus infection(doc was sooo mad that it took me so long to come in and get antibiotics). So anyway, after I got my drugs, my sudafed....the doc had recommended a netti pot since I HATE saline nose drops. They always make me so nauseated. Sooo....I broke down and bought a netti pot at CVS.
OMG...I almost drowned myself b/c I didn't breathe through my mouth the first time(IDIOT)...but the relief is heavenly. And I only did one side. Today...I used it again and did both sides. Its a little weird sticking what looks like a teapot up your nose...but dude...you feel divine when all that crap comes out of your sinuses.
