Ovulation Kits

Ok so  technically I guess I am on day 14 of my cycle but been having funky periods last 2 months with like 4 days of spotting then 2 days of bleeding.  So the dr said start my cycle on 2nd day of spotting.  SO anyway I took clomid on days 5-9 and started doing the ovul kit on day 11.  I have gotten any type of surge at all.  Is this normal? Maybe its to early or maybe I wont ovulate at all?  My dr didnt say anything about an ultrasound but I am waiting to hear from her on Monday to see if this is an option.  I am letting this consume me and its driving me a little nuts.  This is my first time using the kits and wanna see if no surge is typical.

On average, how long are your cycles?  Mine are anywhere between 32 and 34 days on average.  I have been using ovulation tests and got my surge on CD 24 and 25.  I saw slight lines starting at CD17, I believe, but those are still negatives.  I wish you luck and hope it all works out.  My DH told me the other day that sex was much more fun when we made Libby, our 16 month old, but that was because we weren't trying to get pregnant.  We have now been trying since April and it is driving us batty.

Well my cycle for nov was 21 days dec 28 days and jan 27 days. So its been all over the place. And Dec&Jan both I spotted for 4-5 days then bled for 2 days.  Yeah my DH is not good with on demand BD lol. I just wanted it to come naturally but at the same time I am not getting any younger so we have to give it a little push! Get one of these if you're trying to conceive. I have a similar brand and they work GREAT! Predicted my ovulation to the T......every time.
