I've been meeting the new RE this week, plus more blood work and tests here in Sofia.  I don't expect any new info from these tests but we'll see.  I have another appt on Tuesday and will post an update on whatever they tell me after that.  I'm on a drug free month right now...CD 9 today.

Good luck to everyone.

Well, since I officially hit 1 year post op yesterday and don't really expect to hit goal (though I am close and got a bit lower than I am now) w/o PS, I guess you can officially add me to the list.  (VSG TTC rules are a little different than RNY as we don't malabsorb) I don't use my real name online as my surgery and TTC is very private for us, but T is my real 1st initial so you can call me T, tru, trust, or whatever floats your boat - I'm not easily offended.

I am 33, DH is 35, TTC #1 for 7 years on and off, on cycle #5 of actively TTC again.  Today is probably O day (+ OPK yesterday), CD 18.  We used egg whites this cycle, BD'd on Thursday and used the turkey baster method last night as we are babysitting my nieces and my 11 month old niece kinda got us WAY out of the mood! lol  She took 4 hours to go down, originally it was supposed to be a nap but it took so long it was for the night.

Here's tons of baby dust to all of us!

Still sick. Been sick since last Friday. Took a test today. BFN but I am not really surprised. I should start tomorrow. Hoping that I feel better after I start. I know I will be hitting up my ob/gyn to see if we can figure something out for this crazy PMS.

Ugh, I feel you, since hitting a fairly stable weight, my PMS is insane.  But I don't get the "typical" (mood swings, cramps) PMS that most women get (though I do get headaches) but stuff like nausea, extreme fatigue, the runs or constipated (rare is the normal poop day from 1-2 DPO to AF) and they are serious!  I don't think Midol will work on the exhaustion and nausea.  From the little I've been able to see (because it's all in our heads, clearly, which is why no one gives a **** that we suffer every month) the only real med for this is the pill.  Somewhat contra-indicated when TTC! LOL

The worst of it to me is knowing that I'm more than likely NOT pregnant, just suffering from wicked PMS.  But I still test earlier than I should because I convince myself that I'm pg.  And get heartbroken every time I see a BFN.  TTC really sucks!

I have been at a stable weight, more or less, for about a year and a half. My crazy PMS started after I loss the baby in July.

Now that I know it is PMS I don't really get excited until I miss. I have been late once (a week) and it was negative.

It's so weird how our bodies change.  I try not to get excited, I'm usually pretty negative even (so it's not a let down) but for me, I start to get a little excited when something new happens.  Like last cycle, things started to taste funny (DH was eating the same stuff and said I was crazy) - that had never happened AND it's a common pg symptom.  Oh for the days where PMS was almost nothing for me.  Then again though, those days I got my period every 2-6 months too, so I guess I shouldn't wish for them back! lol

I didn't start yesterday and will try another test tomorrow. Then I will be on the phone with the doctor about getting a blood test (if I don't start) or about what can be done about this damn PMS. I have a female gyno so I am hoping I can get some help.
