I don't have much advice but just so you know I can sympathize with you. I had my baby 5 1/2 months ago and have only lost 40lbs still sittin over 200. I keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds because of the late night snacking and boredom eating. Even if I do good the whole week, when the weekend comes I go down hill so I lose nothing. Aggrivating I know but we know what to do....more protein and water less snacking and the dreaded exercize. I so desperately dont want to weigh over 200 for the summer so I know I need to step it up now. I keep making the excuse when I move into my new house I will exercize on my new eliptical but if I dont know why the heck will I then. Who knows but know your not alone Have a good weekend!

I hate to say this but only suggestion I have I try to do myself (or did before pregnancy) every time I gain more than 10lbs in a period over where I'm happy I go back to basics. Sorry but I start cutting my meals to what I was eating 6 mos out of surgery. Smaller portions, no sugar, low carbs, low fat and add to it with a touch of exercise it always works. I can never do it with one alone, must lower your calorie intake and if going that low is too hard, just replace your snacks with high protein and low calorie substitutes. Hope this helps.
