'Bella is doing good. We saw the high risk doc today. She still has some fluid on her kidney but they say for her gestational age, the amount is now no concern. She had a ECG on her heart(its perfect), and she now weighs 2.5lbs. We still have to go monthly to them for growth checks because of my surgery, but she is doing really really good.  According to the book I have, she is either a little big or just right.  She has been measuring perfect all along...I just dont get the growth check thing.

I seem to be eating and growing just fine too...I have now gained a LOT of weight.  And she is perfect.
Don't think the surgery is slowing us down at all...I wi**** would.  Its still hard to eat much, but apparently my body hangs on to every little scrap of food and makes it into fat for us.  How sweet is my body?  LOL

Glad to hear that Bella is doing good and growing well. As far as the weight gain, I am a little concerned about my own too. I've gained 10 lbs so far and I'm not really even into the major gaining time yet, yipes! Last pregnancy I gained over 50 lbs. I better not with this one!

Good news regarding Bella keep up the good work. I say better safe than sorry with the growth checks and a great opportunity to see baby over and over again. I never realized that some people only have 1 or 2 chances to see their baby during the pregnancy, high risk though nerve wrecking has its advantages.

Totally....I love the pics...I just think his logic is skewed.  Then again...she is in a major growth phase right now.  OMG...its amazing that in 6wks my little girl went from 14 oz(2 oz shy of a pound) to 2.5lbs.
Thats crazy!

Great news!!!

My  body is being pretty efficient at storing what I am eating these days too... I have gained back the 15 pounds that I lost in the early weeks.

I saw my NUT and surgeon today and they told me that as long as the baby is growing that's all that matters!

Sounds like everything is going great! My i'm a few days behind you and my body is way to efficient and storing everything I eat as well! I haven't had an ultrasound since 20 weeks and she was measuring at 14 oz. I know she is growing ...her punches and kicks are getting stronger by the second. I probably won't have another ultrasound but am thinking about doing a 3d/4d in a few weeks for fun. I had one with Nick and it was really amazing.
