I'm getting a cold, what can I take?

You can also take Benadryl if it's allergy related. I use Tylenol PM daily. It sometimes helps with my allergies (because it has benadryl in it) and aches and pains I have daily with my fibromyalgia. It just kind of helps a tad with my constant sneezing that I do everyday and helps me get a little relaxed on the days that I'm maybe having a harder time going to sleep. It doesn't really make me tired anymore because I've been taking it for so long. And it's two ingredients, benadryl (diphenhydramine) and acetaminophen are perfectly safe in pregnancy according to my last 3 OB's.

As far as I know about Luden's, I don't think it really has any active ingredients in it. I think it's just more like a "suck on this candy like thing and keep your swallow motion going" kind of thing.....lol (why does the word "swallow" look like it's spelled wrong when I know it isn't???? LOL)

I hope you feel better soon!!

Thanks.
Yeah, my daughter is 4 and she will only eat the luden's cough drops, pretty much because it just tastes like candy. I prefer hauls but wasn't sure about the menthol.

See, that's why I'm SO much like a 4 year old.....LOL I think they're GOOD and I think they taste like candy too.  I found a site that said cough drops that contain menthol should be ok to take but to confirm it with your doctor first. Lovely!
