Hi everyone! 

My daughter is pregnant, she hasn't had WLS (but I have and am a very active participant on several of OH's forums) and was wondering if you had suggestions for her on what to do to alleviate it?

She's a Police Officer and can't really afford to feel bad while working!  We're still looking for that one thing that will make her feel better.

Thanks to all *****spond - and congratulations to all on here!  I'm excited that I'm going to be a Grandma!!!

Natural stuff would be stuff like ginger ale, peppermints, peppermint tea. Then there are things like preggie pops. I never used those personally. They are suckers. There are lozenges too, as well as acupressure bands, aromatherapy sprays and oils. Eating frequently can sometimes help because I notice when my stomach is empty, I'm more nauseous. Munching on crackers has saved me a time or two.....lol.

Hey Jody.....I used "preggie pops"!  I found that most anything SOUR helped eliviate the nausea.  They have many different varieties....suckers, hard candies, liquid drops...here is a website that has some of them listed and for sale.
