Liz....Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Salad????

So you gave me the idea of this and so I went and got the freshest ingredients I could find...but how do I put this together?  I have some really good extra virgin olive oil too....

Everyone makes theirs different but the jist is the same...

I take fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, and fresh basil.
I slice the mozzarella and roma tomatoes into rounds....although some people dice them.
Then chop the basil. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and cracked black pepper to taste and I like to add balsamic vinegar...their is a white that I have really come to like....it is fruity/sweeter tasting and really suits the salad. That's it.

I so CANNOT wait to try this....I had it at a restaurant a few years back and loved it, was gonna try making it myself then and forgot.  WEll....'Bella won't let mommie forget now!

I do basically the same thing as Samara. BUT I chop everything, just easier to eat for me. So diced tomatoes, chopped basil and cubed mozzarella. Then I top it with good olive oil, salt, black pepper and a little oregano.

ENJOY! Now I want more and I'm all out of basil! lol
