Good Morning Ladies - I saw my Chiro last night regarding my leg issues. She thinks that it may be the way I am carrying this baby. SHe suggested I get one of those belly support belts that has the suspenders to get some of the weight off of my lower back - has anyone used one and/or can recommend one??

Thanks!

I wore one with my last pregnancy but it didn't have suspenders. I hated it. I waited tables back then and needed it because I was on my feet a lot. I can't say it did a whole lot of good and it wasn't comfortable. It was hot and the fabric was thick and heavy. Hated it.

I wore the one you can get from motherhood.  It didn't have suspenders but it made my back feel 100 times better...even though it was hot.....it was worth it.

I am currently wearing the one from Babies R Us that has three pieces- The traditional one that goes under the stomach, another one that wraps around the back and essentially helps to hike things up more, and a third piece which is for over the tummy when larger- I wear the two pieces right now, as you can choose what combination of support will work for you on that day: one, two, or all three pieces. It is a little bulky under clothes, but I find that it helps a lot! I am having twins and work on my feet all day, and have a lot of problems with vaginal swelling. This seems to help. Also, when I have to bend over, it really helps too. It was $29.99, but I really feel like it was a good thing to buy for me. That being said it is bulky, as mentioned before. I don't sweat or anything because I am also always cold. It really moves my baby bump up too- when I am wearing it I am carryng high, adn normally I am carrying low, which is what it is intended to do. Hope that helps- I recommend it!

I bought one from Motherhood maternity.   My doc suggested getting one to help with the round ligament pain.  It didn't help.   I hated the belt.   It wasn't comfortable and it made my belly look really strange.

ETA: Mine didn't have the suspenders.

Thanks Amy! So far in all my searching the one from BRU is the only one with good reviews and of course it is out of stock online...
