Gotta Ask....
Well, I am expecting twins. The twin on the left in every ultrasound is always facing backward, toward my spine. The other one moves positions a lot more. Today, all day, every now and then I would get a really strange pain in my back on my left side- Like a little twinge that feels different- never had it before. Twice I almost thought I could feel kicking near my spine. Does that happen? With my first pregnancy I never felt that, but I was a lot heavier, so I felt less movement anyway. What are your thoughts? Anyone else had kicking in their back? It seems strange that I can feel it so clearly- I wasn't sure how far back the uterus was allowed to go- It's a little more to the side than straight back near the kidneys. Thanks!

joys of being preggo with twins! lol. When i was preggo with my 3 year old twins, baby b, my son, was buried in my diaphram. I wouldn't be able to move a foot without the feeling of wanting to pass out or huffing and puffing. I had the dt's worried as i would come into the office all red faced and out of breath. He wouldn't stop moving, and I felt sharp pains everywhere on my upper torso. We were even able to watch him move like that on the sono several times. Things will get better, i promise, especially when they aren't able to move that much anymore!
My baby B way up likes to hide in my ribcage on my right side... he is always facing my back. I get weird pains in the back as well, but there not to bad, yet anyways...lol
For some reason last night when I had to rush to the ER they were both head down... on the ultra sound... I can feel them both moving 24/7 I don't think they ever sleep...lol
