Question about eating...or maybe its grazing...and pic!
I have an extreme aversion to all protein shakes regardless if it is whey, soy, the fruity ones, or the bullets that are not supposedly that good for us (I think its casein or something). The most tolerated one I found was since I have been pregnant and I would not drink it at any other time (too many carbs in it)...and its Ensure. I dont try it often, maybe once or twice a week if I dont have the time to eat a real mean, because any more frequent than that and I get sick of the milky taste.

Thank you everyone for the compliments and the comments. I think you guys are right and I have to do what is necessary to get those nutrients and calories in for the day. It might also be that some days baby girl is sitting higher than others and it makes me feel full very fast.
Thankfully though I am not worried about weight gain because to this day I still have yet to gain a pound (even though I try and try to...you guys would kill me for some of the junk I eat). Started out at 199 lbs and last checked I was 167lbs. My OB is actually getting on me to gain a few pounds...she would like a minimum of 15 and max of 25 but I think I am going to disappoint her regardless of how hard I try.
