Ultrasound today!! Pics!

Went to the high risk OB today.

Baby girl is measuring right on target at 26 weeks 4 days!  She weighs a perfect 2 lbs and is already head down!  She is also apparently an acrobat because she thought it was cute to suck on her hands and feet, at the same time!

Instead of the glucose tolerance test I'm going to do finger sticks 4 times a day for a week.  If everything is fine then I can stop, if not I have to do it for a few more weeks.

They did spot a slight problem that wasn't there last time.  The arteries to my uterus aren't open as much as they would like them to be and the blood is not pumping as much through them so I am at a higher risk for pre-eclampsia and a low birth weight baby.  So my OB wants me to take a baby aspirin (81 mg) a day until 36 weeks.  Has anyone else had this problem?  The OB was concerned but assured me it would be just fine.

Not sure about the baby asprin thing but sounds like the OB has it under control - thank god they aren't worried!

Thanks Liz!   As far as names, we still like Aurora the most but we are keeping our options open until we see her little face.  We still like Ivy and Emmery too. 

What about you guys?  thinking of any names??

We are leaning towards Amelia for a girl and Jacob Michael for a boy. I want a few top choices though. I think that I need to see the baby to make a final choice too!
