Alright - I checked and it is the cyano form of B12 - can I get the methyl form in the store or do I need to order it online? I have big name stores- CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target and a bunch of grocery stores.
I wanted to let you know that they had several forms at Whole Foods today when I went in. If you have a Whole Foods around and haven't ordered yet, they have it there.
