Terrified of Post-Patrum Weight
It's not coming off!!!
I got pregnant 8 months post-op (OOPS!), JUST as I had hit goal. Gained WAY too much while pregnant. Still have at least 20 to go and it won't budge.
Anyone else have a hell of a time getting the baby weight off??
And as much as my hubby and I want to start trying for another - I'm scared to get pregnant again for the weight gain!!
Sorry for the ramble/vent - I guess I'm just hoping someone has been in my shoes and is back down (weight wise) where they should be...anyone???

I finally got to my pre-baby #1 weight just recently. She turns 4 in June.
I get it. It's hard. Some of us aren't lucky to lose it with the birth of our kiddos. And it sucks.
In my life, I had my life turn pretty much upside down and I kinda stopped eating. That's how I lost my last 10lbs to my pre-pregnancy weight. Please note how I said to "goal" cause I never quite made it -- but you get my point.
Good luck to you -- hope you don't lose yours like I lost mine!

My baby girl is almost 16 months old and I am still 5lbs away from my pre-preg weight and about 13lbs from my goal/lowest. It sucks. I am really hard on myself because of it. I have comes to terms with the fact that I need to start working out hardcore in order to get it off, but it just isn't that easy with a little one. My DH works evenings, I work days, so we are pretty much single parents. Good luck, I hope that it comes off soon for you.

Hi! ... I didn't gain very much with my pregnancy, and I don't have a lot left to lose. But I am just as concerned as anyone else about getting fit, & into my clothes again. You're not alone, and no matter how big or small the number on the scale is, its hard on us all. I just had my baby and I'm eager to see how good or bad I'll do with my weight.
Good Luck! Take Care!
