Shannon...how did it go?
It was very encouraging. The doctor wasnt in today, they were squeezing me in to get the u/s. The u/s tech did a very detailed scan of EVERYTHING :) She said from what she sees, she doesnt think I have vasa previa. She said she does see what the other u/s tech saw but thats about as much as i got. I have to wait for the dr appt tomorrow to get the official results. Keeping my fingers crossed.
With all of this happening, I started getting cramps last night in my back so I went to L&D just to be safe. Had to stay overnight to be monitored plus they went ahead and gave me a steriod shot just in case. Just being there one night was so awful so I definately hope I dont have to get admitted!!
Thanks so much for remembering and asking about me! :)

I have lost 112lbs since my surgery in November of 2007. Ready for a baby now.
That does sound encouraging and it was very nice of the u/s tech to talk to you without the doctor there. Hopefully things will go well tomorrow too.
Sorry to hear about the overnight at the hospital. Did they give you the second steroid shot today? Mine had to be 24 hours apart. I had them at 28 weeks. Hopefully things will be good and they won't put you in there long term on bedrest.
Keep us posted with your progress.
