I'm going to be getting a 2nd big ultrasound

They had me schedule my big ultrasound on January 5th which I was almost 16 weeks for. I thought it was really early, but figured they knew what they were doing. Apparently, someone miscalculated my 20 weeks. I went for my OB appointment today and they weren't able to view everything they wanted to check for because the baby was just too small, so I'm getting another big ultrasound on Feb 4. I am glad cause that means we'll get another chance to see if its a boy or a girl. My husband was so disappointed that we didn't find out last time, more so than me. So I hope the baby isn't shy this time. They did say they everything they were able to check, looked good though, so no worries there. I also had my blood drawn today for the quad marker, so hopefully that will turn out all good too.

I'm glad, I can't imagine waiting until the baby is born to find out if it's a boy or a girl. I so need to plan things and buy things.

Congratulations on the new baby!   I m due June 25, 2010.  I went in Dec. 21st for the US and blood draw, everything went well. Got the results and they were normal. I am expecting another US early Feb and hopefully find out if Savannah will have a Brother or a Sister, lol.

Awesome, we are just one day apart. I'm due June 24 (which is actually my birthday, go figure). I also have a little girl, well she just turned 4 at the end of December but I too can't wait to find out if she's going to have a brother or sister. She has said it's a boy from the beginning so we'll see if she's right
