How soon did you get morning sickness

I have joked (and sometimes, like now, only partially) that I'm thinking about gaining the weight back just to have some semblance of a normal life. I get varying degrees and number of symptoms every day from pretty much 1-2 DPO to AF. 2 weeks per month is a long time to be miserable. I won't do it though since my surgery cost me $12K out of pocket and I refuse to flush that money down the toilet.
Anyway, all to say, you're not alone, I keep being CERTAIN I'm pg and AF rears her *****y, ugly face again. I really like the Actively Trying board on babycenter.com, they've got a lot of really knowledgable women there who have educated me on various herbal/vitamin regimens, new things to try and when nausea is just PMS and not pregnancy.
It's probably not what you wanted to hear, but I hope that helps :)

With my first pregnancy I never really had morning sickness, although TTCing can cause some of the same symptoms, as I found out. This time around I went straight for the clomid and got pregnant the first try- I had nausea starting about a week after I got a positive OPK- which was different than my first. But then went I went for my first appt it was because I was carrying twins. But I believe that you can have real nausea sooner, but differentiating it from pms is really hard. I tried not to get too worked up about it because I didn't want to get my hopes up. The 2WW sucks! Have you tried something like Clomid? It eventually helped with my first pregnancy so I went straight for it the 2nd time around. I know meds are not always ideal, but it's so worth it to have a successful pregnancy!

According to my ovulation tests I had a LH surge on Dec 14, then started my period right on time on the 29th. Had another LH surge this morning so assume will ovulate w/n 24-36 hours. I guess I wouldn't have had a surge if I was already preg...plus the neg on the PG test adds to my doubts as well.
I am still feeling sick...so badly in fact that I had to leave work early because just couldn't make it. I wish the PG test was wrong, but if I was preg I am SURE it would have been positive by now. And since I just now had a LH surge today then there is no way I could already be PG this time around.
Wish me luck!!! A year and half of trying sure is frustrating.
Thank you all again!

Based on the timeline you're quoting, it's probably a bug since it's too early for PMS/progesterone symptoms, but there is a small chance you are pregnant. Unlikely as the HPTs are showing negative, but just thought you'd like to know.
I understand the wait sucks, we haven't been preventing for 7 years. Not actively trying the whole time but no birth control for the whole time (barring the 8 months after surgery). Our time will come too :) Now get off OH and go catch that egg!!
