There is something in here that you write that you need to realize is not true:
You write "I have again failed"
YOU have not failed. The pregnancy was not viable, but that does not mean that YOU failed.
I've not been in your position personally, but my heart is there for you -- and you need to realize (although I know you won't hear this right now) -- THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT.

I am so very sad to hear of your loss and completely understand the feelings you are having. When I was going through 1 of my 3 miscarriages, my OB said to me "honey..you did nothing wrong, this is nature's way of letting us know that this baby was not going to be perfect, and so your body knows this...and ends the pregnancy. I have NO CLUE if there is any truth in that. But, it did help the sting of the guilt to go away a smidgeon...because it is only natural for us to blame ourselves. I will pray that this passes soon and you will be cleared to continue to try for another baby!
