A little help???
The only advice I can give is what I've learned from being on here for a while.
The # piece of advice is to make sure you're not in ketosis. You need to add carbs back into your food plan...Just make sure they're healthy carbs (whole wheat, multi-grain, etc...not just sugar carbs). This is important for your baby's brain development.
Be sure your dr is monitoring your labs closely. The baby will get what he/she needs...but if there's a deficiency...you will be the one deficient. The baby will leach it all from your body.
I am sure at this point post WLS that you're not able to eat a tremendous amount, so try to include several small meals a day to get down the calories/protein/carbs that you need. Some people vary on whether protein drinks are OK - usually do the the artificial sweeteners in them. If you drink protein drinks, that's something you will have to research and determine what's best for you and your baby.
Otherwise...enjoy your pregnancy...congratulations...and don't be a stranger. The women here are full of excellent advice and can answer almost any question you'd have, no matter how 'strange' you may think it is. I hope the remainder of your pregnancy is happy and healthy.
Is this your first baby?
