Anyone had sugery of some sort and around 200 before pregnancy?

I was up to 223 today (clothed) so i'm a bit freaking out as i only gained 15 lbs with my last pregnancy pre surgery and at 300 lbs.. just a bit freaking about about how much i will gain this time and losing it after. wanna feel not so alone . so anyone who feels like sharing who is in my situation or close to it i would love to hear from you.

Here is my pregnancy stories.  I was 220 or so when I got pregnant with my son...gained over 65 pounds.  That was June 1999.  June 2005 I had GB RNY I was over 300.  Ten months out of surgery found out I was pregnant with my daughter.  Gained 45 with that pregnancy.  Lost all but 10 pounds of pregnancy weight.  By that time I was 170 or so.  Been trying to get pregnant for the last year and had gained about 20 pounds...so I was 193 when finding out I am pregnant again.  I am 13 weeks and have gained 1 pound so far.  I am not too worried about gaining weight, but I will be more proactive in losing it this time around.  I really don't want to be 50 pounds over weight after having this baby. 
My lowest weight at 10 months out of surgery was 164...so I am hoping to get to my goal weight which was 150 to 160...but I looked and felt great at 164...

I was about 259-260 when I got pregnant.  I had gained about 25 after a miscarriage.  I'm 23 weeks now and I've gained about 8 or 9 pounds....4 of that in the last month.  I'm worried about gaining more in the last half of my pregnancy but I'm trying to control it.

I had lapband and I have no restriction right now.  Not sure how it would be for a RNY patient.

We sound alot alike, I was 300 lbs at surgery, got down to 221 and then got pregnant. I gained 23 lbs. I have lost all but the last 3 lbs, and that is mostly because I am eating like a crazy women because I am starving all the time while nursing.

I was right at 200 when I got pregnant this time. I'm almost 9 weeks and really haven't gained anything yet......but I hope I do.....some.....enough, that is. Whatever the baby needs. I'm not picky. lol
