question about anatomy scan

I go for my big ultrasound tomorrow too! It seems a little early for me, but I'm excited. Hopefully they can tell the sex!
They told me it would take about an hour also and I am supposed to drink 32 oz of liquid's within the hour before my test and I can't pee!!!!! I am peeing every 10 minutes sometimes, I am not sure how I am going to do that . Do you have to drink alot like that too?

yes! It's horrible but I've found that as soon as I see the baby on the screen I totally forget about it.

I'm sure you know this, but no one told me, and I didn't research enough .. so, make sure you drink enough before you go. A full bladder really helps make it easier, and that means about 40oz of a cold liquid 45 min to an hour before the US. Some say to drink something carbonated or sugary to help the baby be active, but I didn't have to with Liddybits - she's PLENTY active on her own, always has been. There was a lot of pressure, because they press down pretty forcibly when getting all those measurements, and I was even a little sore after, but sooo worth it! Good luck, have fun, drink lots!

Thanks! They always tell me to drink 20oz in the hour before and to come with a full bladder. They don't know how easy that is for a pregnant lady! lol

Last time I went the baby slept the whole time so today I'll be eating a few hershey kisses on the way there - that gets it moving away!
