Ohhhhhh, my back hurts! The joys of the third trimester....
Ok, so just today I am noticing how much this change of gravity is affecting my lower back and it's really starting to hurt! I also got on the scale today and noticed that I've gained 5 pounds in probably like a week! So that's like 20 lbs so far of baby weight-- eeeeeek! I still have 13 more weeks of this, can I stand it?! LOL It's a little scary to see all this weight gain too, after I got to my year mark of the RNY and had lost 130 pounds. I had made it to about 140 and now the scale is saying 158 today.... scaaaaaary!!! Plus, I have been very tired in the last day or two. Maybe this baby is really starting to grow now????
I remember how miserable I was in the last trimester with my other 2 pg's, but I was 215 and then 265 when I got pg with my other two and carrying around a lot more weight with them. I started this pg at 143 and I can really feel the weight gain right now....uggggh. I hate being pg but kids are worth it and that's why I'm doing this. I really want this to be my last one too. I won't be able to do the dishes much longer because my belly is getting so much bigger (and there's not a cut out for a belly by the sink, lol), plus the back pain after standing there for almost an hour doing them and bending over. Did I mention I hate being pg? It's been fun up to this point, but I'm realizing it's only going to get worse until I deliver this baby in April now. Uggggghhhh!
Hopefully my back pain doesn't get as bad as the other pg's at the end. Tylenol doesn't do much for me and the heating pad or Ben Gay is my only hope to ease the pain. Ah, the joys of the third trimester.
