post partum update

well... my computer has been messed up so I havent been able to be online for a couple weeks. So here is our update...

Christmas Eve Eve (23rd) i was running a 103 temp. so my OB told me to go to the ER. Turns out I had a "Massive infection" (Mastitis) Because of the meds they put me on (including morphine) and the pain... I stopped breastfeeding. Which we were having a very difficult time because of the size of my 'girls'...

So baby boy is doing good. Growing and gaining weight good! He is on Alumentum for now. (because of apperently  "possible" genetic issue) protein intolerance). My oldest son had it REALLY bad. Ect ect ect...

Jamison is 16 days old and so incredibly beautiful. Big blue eyes. Calm and alert aat the same time. I am very blessed to have such a good baby.  My oldest is SO in love with his little brother. its so cute!!!

So.. FINALLY feeling a little bit better everyday. No more fevers but still on anibiotics but not on anymore pain meds except occasonal motrin.

So far so good on the PPD front. Doin good since i took zoloft throughout my pregnancy.

oh yeah... ive lost 23 lbs so far.

Well I hope the infection is all cleared and all. Sounds like baby is doing awesome!! Congrats on weight loss!!
