Praying for Luck in the New Year

Quick history...

We ttc for 3 years preop with no success (8 rounds of Clomid and 4 IUI's with Clomid and trigger shot)  I was given the label of unexplained fertility!

Took time off for surgery (had 2 depo shots for protection - biggest mistake! - last shot in Dec. 08)

Got okay from surgeon in July of 09 (only about 10 pounds from goal) to start trying but my cycle was all messed up from Depo. I was on estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone cream to try and regulate my cycle again.

Reached my goal at one year!  I've been maintaining since.

No af since 9/11/09 so we went to an RE in Dec.  He ran a bunch of tests.  My glucose and insulin are excellent!  My egg reserve is in the normal range.  US showed follicles "happy and ready to make babies". (as the RE said).

Started taking Provera about 9 days ago so I can get AF.  I'll start Femera on day 3 of my cycle.  Then I'll go in for an US on day 11 to see when to take the trigger shot. 

I feel really good about this!  I'm praying for a BFP in January or soon after)

Best of luck to you. I had a similar background to include history of Depo and all complicated by PCOS. Anyhow, after many cycles of Clomid at the max dosage with no success Femara worked for us with a trigger shot and some other things and I now have a healthy 2 year old! Keep us posted.
