Pregnancy Question!!!

I am 7 weeks out of surgery. 40lbs gone. I have a high sex drive all of sudden. Ive had sex twice unprotected since surgery ( dumb i know) both has been long and crazy experience. If I get my birth control patch soon is there any way I couldve got pregnant this fast after surgery?

There's always the chance of getting PG, when you don't use any birth control.

 Yep.  And you can still get pregnant within the 1st month of the patch.. though like any birth control.. it's not 100 % either.  

As the PP says its always a chance. Don't take that kind of chance when you have received such a wonderful tool. If you are wanting to get pregnant that's great, just give yourself some time to heal from surgery, then do as the surgeons suggest and give your tool a chance to work. (18 mos.) Its worth it to hold out until you can protect yourself, your health and your baby more. Most people are told to use two forms of birth control after surgery because we become more fertile.
