Weird Coincidence

It is a wierd coincidence. My ultrasound to check for a heartbeat for this pregnancy is on 1/8/2010. Well, that was my due date for the baby I lost at 8 1/2 weeks.

Cindy that was a great post to go read. It is so true.

I am not really getting a head of myself. I think we have been so much this year with the one miscarriage and then twins (one was in tubes and one wasn't). Then, chemo to kill them both. But, like I have said before, I would do it 100 times over if I could just get a healthy baby in my arms.

I believe things happen for a reason and I think it's a way of keeping your first baby in memory. 

I have a weird coincidence for you....

My husband and I will be married for 1 year on Jan. 3rd.   I was married for over 15 years to my first husband and we have 2 children together.  My first husband passed away 2 years ago before Christmas and our daughter turning 1.  My current DH and I have been trying to have a baby for over a year.  I finally got pregnant in Oct.  and when I punched in the due date it was my first husbands birthday.   They have since moved my due date up, but still, it's crazy that we tried for many months to get pregnant and I finally do and it's Chance's birthday.  My DH had the idea to name the baby after my first DH.  So if we have a boy it will be named Colton Chance and if we have a girl, her middle name will be Chance as well.  We don't have a first name picked out though.

That gave me chills reading that. It is wonderful that your current husband wants to honor your former husband. Some are not as understanding. Sounds you like you have a great hubby :)

Traci - it's an amazing coincidence! I hope that it brings you luck! I was originally due 1/7/09 and in this pregnancy I'll be just over 1/2 way then - God works in mysterious ways!!

Hey again!
That is so neat.  I have a friend that doesn't know if she is preg or not, they are trying.  The day she can test and find out is the due date of the baby she lost last winter.  Things have a way of working out:)
