HELP!! How long did it take for you to get your period......

It's been 12weeks since I've had my twins, and I still haven't gotten my period. I'm not breast feeding. So whats the deal!? I've taken 5 tests and they all have come back with a BFN. I started to bleed about 2weeks ago I thought oh good it came. TMI.....so I put in a tampon and want back to sleep when I woke up I want to change it and there wasn't really much on it but brown,and I havn't had anything since. I can't help but thonk that I'm pregnant again everyone I have talked to say that they had it by 8weeks. I'm so scared at the thought of being pregnant. DH and I have only been using comdoms and the pull out method, because my doc wanted me to get a period before he would give me birth control sooooo I've figured it out that if I pregnant the twins would only be 10months old when the baby would be due.  I do have a doc appt this Thursday to try to figure out whats going on, hopefully she can tell me something. 

i got mine at 6 weeks... i wasnt in a rush tho... lol... good luck either way

Oh I'm not in a rush either I just want to know whats going on. I can't help be think that I'm PG and with just having twins I DON'T WANT TO BE!!

i hear ya... i got pg again when jayson was 9 months old... wasnt planned but was welcomed... then when i realized ill have 2 under 1.5.. i almost had a heart attack

My SIL did not get start her ppd af until around 14-16 weeks....she did not breastfeed either.  Mine was back at 6 weeks...then I had an IUD placed and its been gone since then!

Mine took 11 weeks!!!  I know I was really worried too!  I wasn't breast feeding either.  I was taking tests too, especially the last 2 weeks. 

I would definately keep the appt just to make sure nothing is going on.   Could just be taking longer.  I know I was really wondering....

Hey there ... Mine didn't come bac****il Lydia was 16 weeks old. I, too, was a little panicked! Try not to worry, it can take a while for your body to get back on its regular track. :-)

 LOL I posted this question at about 10 weeks.. and I got mine at almost the 12 week mark.  My sister never got hers afterwards and had to get provera from her dr in order to restart her cycles.
