oh Dawn thank u for keeping me and baby in your thoughts, thank u all!
Well bleeding didn't stop by 4 pm so off the urgent care we went! They got me back to see the Dr pretty quickly but as expected i sat back there for hours w/ minimal contact with the Dr (it didn't even seem busy) lol
Anyway had some blood taken, and urine to rule out a uti (negative)
Then i had a pelvic exam to check cervix, it was still nice and shut! I was in too much pain until she did the whole pushing down on my ovaries thing, OUCH! after that i started having a sharp pain in the left ovary so that freaked her out and she decided to page ultrasound.
I definitely let out a sigh of relief at that point because up until then she had only been checking "me" and my only real concern at that point was the baby!
well after almost 2 hours of waiting for ultrasound to answer the page i got wheeled in and was greeted by the sweetest ultrasound tech ever! She explained EVERYTHING she was seeing and made sure the monitor was turned so i could see too!
What we saw was a baby measuring just right and then the most beautiful heartbeat!! It was a strong one of 178, the lil peanut was shaking its lil butt at us! She gave me a couple of pics, ill update this post in a minute with a nice peanut shot!
I will be going back there on Christmas day to recheck HCG levels to ensure they are going up up up!
