I looked more into it...it's called a C-tuck... totally not worth it... so many risks. I am aiming for a vaginal delivery but if I have to get a c- section so be it... I will try and make sure I get it to heal and not get infected... I think eventually I might need more then one tummy tuck done. I was at 519 and I was all stretched out.... thanks for everyone's input by the time I got back on here I knew I wasn't even gonna try this stunt...lol

Since you are worried about infections (which by all rights you should be!), you might want to check in to what type of c-section your ob does.  I had a c-section in 2007 that ended up as a "nightmare" of all healing.  I ended up not closing for almost 3 months, and that was with a would vac!  Due to this, I actually found a new ob with the last baby I had 5 months ago.  He did a c-section way different.  He didn't do a traditional one where you have the panni hanging down where gravity affects it, plus it breeds bacteria.  His c-section was up high, only 1-2 inches below my belly button.  He also left the staples in for 7-10 days, AND he put in a drain tube!  Due to this, I healed AWESOME.  It was SO much better this time than 2 years before.

Some people may not realize that different ob's can do different procedures or know of different procedures if asked.  If may not hurt to check.  I know it made a big difference for me!

When I had a C section, I was 365 (9 months pregnant). I had asked him before I even knew I was getting a C section if he could do a mini tummy tuck and he said no because there were risks and also because I still had quite a bit of fat on my tummy. I did end up getting an infection too, which sucked. I still have a lot of fat on my tummy and I had thought about asking about a mini tummy tuck this time too, but from what I've heard, they don't recommend it unless I was pretty much down to goal and I still have 80 lbs to go for that. It would sure be nice though to have a flatter stomach.

I think since you had your daughter vaginally, your chances of having twins vaginally are better too. My sister in law had her twins vaginally without any issues. I hope it is that way for you too.

My understanding is that they also won't do it because after birth there is so much swellng and stretching.  They wait at least six months after birth to they can see how your body, muscles, etc. have healed and settled so they can do the best tummy tuck.

There are a ton of women that have their twins vaginally.  I, actually, do not know of any that had a c-section just because she was pregnant with twins.  My Mom, Grandma and 2 cousins all delivered theirs vaginally.
Oh, and there have been quite a few women on here too.
