Gia is doing fantastic. She is 21 months old. Still petite but very smart and such a wonderful little girl. Last time we checked she was 29 1/2 inches ans 21.5 pounds and that was like 2 months ago. She is now into size 24 months some are big. lol She is still nursing and doesn't seem like she wants to stop. I have some issues trying to have plenty of breast milk but I take supplements to help.
I will post a picture soon. I just have to upload it to photobucket.
Take care and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Hugs,
Cira

I pretty much have the pain thing still, but not as bad. Or maybe I'm just getting used to it......who knows? LOL But I'm doing some better. I was able to cut down a LOT on my pain meds. Right now I'm just down to taking 1 pain med and I'm taking 50% of what I was taking from even a month ago. I'm trying to ween VERY slowly so that hopefully by the 2nd trimester, I'll be totally off of it.
That's really it on me........besides being pregnant which we're SO super excited about. Some days I don't know how I get through the day and I don't know how I'll get through this whole pregnancy with getting in enough nutrition, but I just keep taking my vitamins and eat pretty much every second that my belly feels up to it. And when I'm not doing that, I'm sipping something. It'll be hard, but it'll be worth it. I guess all things that ARE worth it are sometimes hard. lol Guess that's my quote of the day.
Allie,
I am glad you are doing better with the pain. I can't imagine what you are going through. But one thing I do know was having a pregnancy early out from my RNY. It was quite challenging to get all the nutrition my body needed. What I like to advice you is to eat every two hours protein first of course and drink fluids as much as possible. I had major challenges with eating and drinking but all I did was take it one day at a time.
As for nursing the longest I've gone with my other child was 28 months. So I will see how long we will go. I am getting a bit tired but since she is my last child I am not rushing to stop. It is a challenge to keep my milk supply up post RNY, But I try my very best, ;)
Take care and know that you are always in my thoughts even if we have not communicated in so long.
Have a healthy and wonderful pregnancy & a prosperous New Year!
