So I had an OB apt today... I have been getting bad pains so I asked... sense I am having twins he says that my belly is growing twice as fast so I am getting those pains early in this pregnancy. I am 19 weeks. and I have the BIG SONO tomorrow morning I can't wait. My vitamin levels are great... Iron is fine and my cholesterol is low... but not in a bad way. I was up 6 lbs last Tuesday at 364 and this morning I am back down to 356... so 8 lbs in a week gone.  At first the nurse says your under 350? I was like if I am that was to big of a weight loss in 6 days... but were good, to healthy heart beats... well I heard one and the other only for a sec. Other then that everyone just says I look amazing I still have that pregnancy glow. I will update again tomorrow about the BIG SONOGRAM.... Hope everyone is doing well...

I am going to guess 2 girls. I could be wrong, but that's my guess. I can't wait to hear!

Wow, twins and you're not very far out from RNY. Lordy I couldn't imagine being pregnant early out of surgery! I don't think I fully grasped that concept until I WAS a few months out from surgery. I was thinking about people on the board who had gotten pregnant early out of surgery and wondered how in the world they did it! But I did pregnancies at 245, 380, 404 & 450 (all of those were my weight at delivery) and I thought that was hard too. This is my first post op baby and I'm wondering what in the world I'm in store for even though I've been here and seen these women's stories on this board for 4 years! It still doesn't really prepare you until you DO it yourself. I don't know how you're doing it! God bless you sistah!
