Old Navy Maternity Clothes review

OK So I ordered a few things online from Old Navy. Jeans with a full belly panel, a long green hooded sweater and a fleece lined hooded sweatshirt.

LOVE them all!! The only thing is they seem to run big! I know regular ON clothes run small for me. I wear an XL and all the items are a bit too big - I think a L would have fit perfect. OH and the jeans are a 16 (which I normally wear) and almost fall off! I think a 14 would have been perfect.

Just wanted to let anyone know in case they were ordering online too.

You've lost weight since becoming pregnant, right?   You may end up wearing a 12 after the baby is born!   I had an ultrasound Thursday and baby boy is measuring in at 4lbs 7 oz.   I had to laugh because as of that morning I was up 4 pounds.   Getting pregnant does wonderful things to my metabolism lol.
Are you going to try to return the clothes?

I know - crazy right!!

NAa I'll keep them. The shirts are good a little big and should fit perfectly with a belly. Same with the pants. They fit now they are just a bit loose. I had been at the same weight for over a year until I got pregnant then lost 15 pounds! lol I am back up 3 and baby is measuring about 7 1/2 ounces.

PS I just heard Old Navy is running some awesome sales - going to shop online :)

i have 1 pair of old navy maternity... they fit so comfy... i could wear them everyday... also i bought some cargo pants from there with a streachy waste... not maternity... they are comfy as well for days when i want a free belly... most the time i would rather a full belly panel... it makes it look round LOL

Maybe they take into consideration the fact that we gain a little bit everywhere when we're pregnant, not just in the belly. Hips spread, butt spreads.....LOL.....that kind of thing. Man, I'm needing some maternity pants too. My jeans still fit perfectly, well a little bit big in the booty, for NOW at least, but I'm gonna actually need maternity pants this time around I think. Mens sweats aren't gonna cut it for me this time! LOL

Thanks for the info. I will visit their online shop and see. I like the Motherhood store too. It was fun shopping there. Thanks again.
