Cysts while preggy?

Pre-op I had PCOS and with it I had tiny cysts that would rupture pretty regularly.

Well I haven't had this happen since after I lost the first 20-30 pounds. Last night I could have swore I felt that cyst pain.

This is a super stupid question, but is it possible for cysts to cause problems while you're pregnant? I haven't had any issues with them in a long time so this is very odd to me. My round ligament pain is usually lower down my abdomen than the cyst pain I felt and used to feel pre-op.

No questions are stupid!  Unfortunately, pregnancy does not equal immunity from cysts.  They might not cause any problems (I have a couple that give me twingy pain but they aren't growing), they might go away, or in rare cases they might need to be removed.
