Help?!

Ladies - Can you tell me what type Iron we are supposed to take?

I take 29 mg twice a day. Bariactric Advantage chewable.... Have been taking that for almost 3 years now. My OBGYN says that is perfect and he says I am not anemic and my iron looks excellent.

I take one Ferro-Sequel per day -  which is 50 mg Ferrous Fumarate.  They are a time-release capsule, and I really like them.  They seem to be pretty effective as my OB was really surprised with how far from anemic I was the first time he drew my blood for this pregnancy.  This is what I've taken since my surgery 19 months ago, and I've never had an issue with my iron levels .

They autoship a box of 100 capsules to me every three months for 23.79 including shipping, which is ideal for me because I don't ever have to think about it. ;)
