Christmas Menu...
Hey Sweets....
I have been thinking the same thing....my SIL and nephew as well as my mom will be here....Christmas Eve after mass we will do a family tradition....baked potatoes with toppings and snacks and open a gift or two....
On Christmas we will do ham but I was thinking of doing a prime rib too but have no idea how to do it....lol....and green bean casserole, scalloped potatoes, corn, appetizers, rolls, etc. Still need to figure the rest out.....
I want to do some baking still too....going to do cookies for sure and maybe some of these flavored pretzels and fudge.....
Are you all at home this year and is anyone coming over?
Miss and Love ya,
Ann

Hey stranger!!
I was actually thinking of doing a prime rib - my sister emailed me how she cooks hers (makes them all the time and are so delish) but Paula Dean has one on the food network. It looks super easy - I actually might try that recipe.
We are staying in VA for Christmas this year. I can't travel all that way not knowing what the roads will be like and flying is just too expensive this time of year. I am really going to miss my family but need to start some traditions with Josiah.
I hope life is treating you well.
Love ,
Erika
