You are also in my thoughts and prayers.  Leave it in the Lord's hands and have faith in him.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.  If it is any encouragement, which is it probably not, but you do not care what happened with others...you only care about your babies being okay, but I will tell you anyway.  I had a friend who went into preterm labor and they airlifted her to a hospital that could take care of babies in their NICU,as the hospital she was scheduled to deliver at could not handle this kind of care.  Her babies were born right at the cut off between viable and unviable.  She chose to have them do their best to keep them alive (what mother wouldn't?) and she would deal with the outcome later.  Well both of her boys DID survive despite being under 2 pounds when born.  Once they reached just about school age is when they started finding out they had issues.  One was truely almost def...they attributed his lack of speach to being behind, but he really could not hear.  So that was one obstacle they came upon.  The other baby at about 6 years old they found out had horrible eyesight problems.  He wears very thick glasses and I "*think* has undergone a couple of surgeries to help improve his situation.  Anyway...the point is...that you may come acrossed some big time issues due to the oxygen deprevation and the brain bleeds...but you may get lucky and have them be okay as well.  All we can do is pray.  My pray for you is that you personally can stay strong...I know first hand how having a preemie in the NICU on chest tubes and ventilators makes you feel helpless.  I DO NOT know what it would be like to have 3 at a time.  It must be incredibly overwhelming.  I encourage you to rejoice the baby steps they will take forward and try to minimize the amount of being upset if they have a little setback.  It is a scientific fact that boys do not develop and come out of being preemies as well as girls do.  Don't know why...just they way their little male brains develop.  Just know that we are all with you and you are in our thoughts and prayers...and I encourage you to utilize any bit of help that is offered to you from others.  You are not beyond human and you cannot do this on your own.  LET people help you!!!!!  If you need anything I am only a 25 minute drive away...please feel free to let me know whatever it is you need help with and I will do everything in my power to help you!!   I know you do not know me from Adam and I understand the reservations that you may have in contacting me...but I am not a nut job and have worked in the medical world for over 21 years all the way from nursing to office managers...I know how to deal with docs...so if you need advice there...contact me.

I pray that you will have some peace and that you will believe that God really does have this under control.  He has you, your DH,and your babies all wrapped in his loving arms 24 hours a day 365 days a year!!!

Hugs to you and yours sweetheart, and again, please do not hesitate to contact me if you need something.  Cell is 253-682-8960.  Take Cae and know we all love you and your little ones...we are your cheerleaders...GO TEAM HEACOP :)

Oh, I forgot to ask where you delivered...are you at Tacoma General or the UW or where?  I guess that info would help as well...LOL

Bless you and your little family.  I will think good happy thoughts for the babies and you.  Their weights seem to be good for preemies so I will hope all ends well.

Hugs!
