Lenght of cervix???

Did anyone had an incompetent cervix?

My OB checked mine and it was 2.6 cm and he said that was "fine."

But of course I'm paranoid so I looked it up and it said that anything less than 3 cm is cause for concern.

Anyone have this problem?  He didn't seemed to be concerned in the least bit.  Should I chill out?

mine started at 4.3... at 22 weeks i was "hovering just over 2"... blah... and i have a history of preterm birth... im hoping to make it to at least 32 weeks

At 18 weeks my length was a 2 and my doctors were concerned but just told me to take it easy.  They worry at 2 or below. At my appointment yesterday I measured at 4.7 which is excellent!
