I have a wicked head cold, is there anything I can take that won't mess with my supply? Or any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

not really sure but you can take tylenol cold/sinus while pregnant you might ask your pedi if you can take that.
Hope you feel better soon!!

There are several things that are safe to take while breastfeeding, but I know that's not what you are asking.  IMO, (and I'm not a doctor lol) anything that will dry your cold up will also try to dry your milk supply up.   If you do take something maybe you could increase your liquids and that would help balance it out?
I hope you feel better!

My OB feels that there's no real risk of "drying up" your milk supply with limited use of safe cold medicines/antihistamines. I've taken antihistimines a few times and haven't noticed any change in production.
