Thank you! I have always liked having a different name. I am starting to see it a lot more these days. I hope you have a girl so you can name her Chavon. Tevon is nice too. I know a few men named Tevon. You could get exotic and spell the name its original Irish way Siabhon - that would really get people. I guess my mom figured, we're not Irish so lets make sure we can pronounce it. Thanks again.

sorry to hear you are uncomfy! MY OB told me that I could take motrin on occasion if needed (before 24 weeks and only if necessary) - of course I'd check with yours first. She also told me heating pad on moderate heat was fine 10 minutes at a time. Luckily those pains have subsided for me for a few days now. My hubby teases me - told me just not to move lol

Good luck and feel better soon!

husbands are funny that way! Mine said he would have a talk with "his son" and tell him to ease up on his woman. Which he did. That talk went well. He has now decided its a girl because "girls don't listen".

I'll check on the Motrin thing tomorrow.

Be careful using motrin  because it is ibuprofen (sp?) and that eats away at our pouches. If tylenol doesn't work for you you may want to check with your ob and surgeon to see if there is a pain reliever that is both safe for you and the baby.

I have been having terrible back pain!!! So bad that I called my doctor on Friday thinking that something was wrong with the baby.  He said that everything is stretching and growing and it is all normal. To take Tylenol and a heating pad. He told me  to use the pad in 15 minute increments also.  To sit in one position and then change. It was so bad the pain. I was just so happy that the baby was ok. My Dr said he wishes that he could give me something but he can't. I wish too!!! But I will suffer because I know that the baby is ok and it is just mommy suffering!!!
So I understand the pain you are going through!!! Feel better!!!

Thanks! Sorry you are in pain too though. I am trying to be positive as long as I know the baby is okay and I'm in pain. I just worry that I'm not too much of a wuss to make through labor if I'm miserable already.

Sorry you are in pain too. Its great that our babies are well so we are ahead of the game. I'm trying to be positive as can be. the pain has lifted some today and I'm not as bad as yesterday. Thanks for your kind thoughts.
