TMI: Lovenox and Bowel Movement

I went to the doctor last Wednesday because I thought I was pregnant.  He confirmed my suspisions.  He put me on Lovenox injections.  I had to fight with the insurance company to get them to pay for them, but finally on Friday, I was able to get the injections.  The pharmacy only had four so that is all I was able to get and I went back on Monday to get the rest.  I had a friend who is a nurse come to the house on Friday to show me how to do the injections because my husband and I disagreed.  We followed his instructions.  When I went to pick the other injections up yesterday, I found that my friend showed me wrong.  So I am not sure how much of the medicine I actually got in those three days.  Last night we followed the directions on the box and I feel certain we did it correctly.  It made so much more sense than what we were doing.
This is not where my concern lies.  I went to the restroom about an hour ago.  As most pregnant people do, I looked at the tp when I wiped after urinating.  NO BLOOD!  Relief as always, but when I looked in the commode it was very red.  When I wiped from a bowel movement, there was blood.  I went back to the restroom later to check and there is just a faint line of blood now and I know it is from my rectum.  I wiped both places seperately and with different tissue.  I have called the doctor.  I am still waiting to hear back.   Is this normal?  Blood and pregnancy makes me nervous.
I apologize for all the information.  I just wanted to be accurate to maybe entail a more accurate answer.  I hope I didn't gross anyone out.

sometimes that happens if you have strained to hard, or maybe getting h'roids? 

I know I had blood problems with my youngest, but that was from fibroids and everything was ok.

Thank you for replying.  I kind of had the same thoughts as you. 

Once I had lovenox started everything that did bleed, bled more. Its the thinning effect of the medicine. I had to be careful once I started the blood thinners cause anything can make you bleed a lot. So just remember that part. I got to where on heparin at the end I would not cut veggies or anything. Just remember also to write down in your wallet that you are on lovenox and your dosage and all. I know when I would get blood taken even I had to warn them I was on blood thinners cause I would bleed a lot even for that. :)
