We have 3 kids and one on the way. My husband is fine until I start really showing and the he says he can't put the thought that he and baby are sharing almost the same space. So you are not alone.
I have been on pelvic rest this entire pregnancy so it will be a good year before I get any action!

Karen,
My DH is really uncomfortable with sex at all during pregnancy. He just is. It wasn't something that "passed" with time with my daughter, and this time it's even worse because I'm expecting twins and he's even more nervous. I know that about him, so I was prepared going in. I had a lot of early bleeding with my daughter and have been on pelvic rest with this pregnancy too for a few weeks, so it's still a no go here anyway. In our relationship I am the one with the greater sex drive anyway, so I usually want it more than he does. I'm also a little nervous with twins and such, so I think we're both fine with cuddling right now. He may just need some time to transition to the new role of being a father, and who knows how much time that will take him. I guess my only advice is be patient. You could also try some things without penetration too, if you're up for that. When I get desperate we usually go that route during pregnancy. Just a few thoughts. Thanks for sharing!

well i am just not having any at all... that's what got me into this blessed mess in the first place!

have him go with you to the doctor's office... have the doc spell it out for him.

my doc actually told us to make love a lot and my husband was all happy about that but i am just not in the mood lately- feeling fat etc.

I think that is normal and i wouldn't worry about it too much but try and respect his feelings as he should respect yours as well.

Oh...I wish that I had this problem right about now.  I am the opposite..I am really not in the mood and DH wants it all the time and then when he doesn't get it for a while...pouts like an overgrown child.

I guess that it is either one extreme or the other...LOL.

As soon as DH could feel the baby kick, he stopped the sex :(  He admitted it freaked him out knowing that there was a living being in there getting rocked to sleep by the motion.  LOL  That, and occasionally, the LO would kick in the middle of foreplay and throw the mood off too.  LOL

WEll my hubby was more worried early out but still asks me everytime (which isn't all that often lol) if I am sure that this isn't going to hurt the baby. I tell him it is like a hug for the baby. I wasn't comfortable with sex for the first oh 13 weeks or so. I've given in a few times.  Maybe I am the weird one but I'd rather just snuggle lately. Oh and we work different shifts hubby works noon-9 pm and I work 6:30 am - 4pm so I am usually getting into bed when he gets home and he is just ready to sit down and have dinner - not come to bed.

Well, in my case... I just need to hang my coat near his and I seem to be knocked up.  LOL  But sex certainly doesn't gross me out.  My personal quote is .. I am an artist and sex is my medium.  Hahaha
