Been Awhile - Post-Baby Exercises
Hi everyone,
I have not been on here for quite awhile. I see some familiar faces still! That's great! I had a little girl (very surprised by that!) at the end of September and time is flying by; especially with Christmas around the corner.
I am now closing in on the end of my "fourth trimester" and I feel grossly fat and need to stop making excuses and get back on the wagon. I still have almost 40lbs to lose to get back to pre-PG weight! I will go back to basics on eating but exercising will be a more difficult issue.
Prior to getting PG, I was going to dance classes 2X per week and doing some strength exercising in-between. Classes are out of the question at this time with the two kids and my DH out of town alot. Also, I live in the frozen North and would rather exercise inside whenever possible!
I'm wondering what other people have done or are doing post-PG once the Dr. gave the OK to exercise again. I had a planned section but have been given the OK to start exercising however I want again.
Input and suggestions gratefully requested!

You can dance type videos to do at home. My mom always did them and we loved dancing with her when we were kids. I think that's what I may try too... I too had my little one the end of september and need to get back on track.
