OT - Present Ideas Co-workers

This is totally off topic but I wanted to see if you ladies had any ideas. I have three special co-workers in my department that I want to give something extra special this Christmas. They have been there over the past year and I just want to give them special to show much I appreciate their friendship and support.

I work in a hospital and we are a very busy department. I will get the others in my department something but these three are more friends than just co-workers. I wanted to get all three of them the same thing. 

Any ideas?

I work in a similar situation (3 others in the office, closer than usual co-workers).  I ordered some very nice needlepointed mini-stockings from Lands End (I think a four pack was like $24.50 - and I know Lands End is having a 25% off + free shipping sale through today).  I'm going to probably stuff each one with a nice winter/Christmasy lapel pin for the their coats, keeping each one's personal taste in mind with the pins.  I'm going to also include a nicely written gift tag/card with each one.  But instead of pins, you could easily do gift cards to Starbucks, etc.

I think a nice candle of some sort would be nice. I know I always love to get candles. I like to burn them and sit in the bath and relax with a glass of wine- of course when I am not pregnant. LOL 

Candles always make pretty gifts.

A gift cerificate to Starbucks.  Something for everyone there! 

How about making your own gift baskets for them?  

Fill it with either food/snack type things, a nice mug, Starbucks GC, etc.      Or maybe make a lotion/spa type basket filled with lotions, spa masks, candles, aromatherapy stuff, etc.
