Is it normal to.....
Want your baby here, like...now!
I'm only 20 weeks and I know she could not come out safely right now.
But
I saw her for the first time since she was just a little spec and it changed my entire view on the pregnancy. Seeing her yawn and stretch and her cute little nose. It made it so....real.
It hadn't felt real before then. Even after hearing the heartbeat. Seeing her, looking like a real baby made it finally sink in.
Anyway I hope the rest of this pregnancy flys by because I cannot wait to hold her!!!! Is that normal for being only halfway there??
Thanks
Karen

Oh Karen - it's perfectly normal.
Enjoy it because you're seriously going to miss her moving around, you're going to miss listening to her heartbeat. Once she's here, it's awhole nother story - a great one but different.
With my pregnancy - it FLEW except the last 3 weeks (probably bc I didn't give birth until 42 weeks.)

Totally normal.
Enjoy every minute and don't wish your pregnancy away! You are going to miss it after she is here. I remember the feeling so well with my first. I was just like you and wished for him to arrive ASAP!
Then after the face... I loved having him here but would get sad when ever I saw a pregnant women and you miss feeling them inside of you.
I can't wait to have this baby here but I'm also not rushing her or wishing her out. She will come out when she is ready and I'm ready whenever that may be. I"m enjoying these last few days ...just me and her!

It is extremely normal. I wished for my baby to be here for different reasons...I HATED being pregnant. I know I am not the norm. I just was so uncomfortable because I am tiny. I am not quite 5 feet tall and there was simply no place for a growing baby to be. I felt so invaded...hard to explain. I think that is why I never suffered from PPD...I wanted to throw a party and dance in the streets that I had my body back. Like I said...I am NOT the norm. Even with NOT enjoying pregnancies. I sure did do it a lot of times...so that proved that I absolutely adored the end result that I would put up with 9 months of pure torture for the prize at the end :)
Take care, and honestly until the last few weeks it will fly by...the last few weeks waiting is pure torture. It will crawl by unless baby comes a little early.
Take care and enjoy every little flutter. Look at your pics a lot when she kicks so you remember just who it is that is pushing on your ribs, lungs, bladder...it will help you through the uncomfortable times :)

oh you think it's bad now, just wait till you are like a month away from having her at 36 wks! Your tummy will be all huge and you'll be so uncomfortable that you'll want that baby out RIGHT NOW! That's how I was with my other 2 kids and thankfully, my doctors induced me a week early and I got to see my precious babies before my actual due date.
I am 22 wks now and my pg has really started to fly by, especially with all these holidays and focusing on other things besides my growing belly. For me though, it slowed down that last month and the days just drug on and on. Pregnancy is a miracle though and this might be my last one, so I'm trying to enjoy it to the fullest!!
