(Warning: Graphic) Morning, Afternoon, Evening Sickness
This is my 2nd pregnancy. Both after WLS. 1st pregnancy I had some morning sickness but this one takes the cake! I am sick all the time and nothing works!
Yesterday I threw up buckets in the car as DH was driving. Which then in turn, made him sick. He pulled over into a parking lot of a restaurant where people were eating on a patio -- I gave them a show!
I am as sick as someone with the flu every day!!!
I can't wait for the 2nd trimester.
:(

I'm so sorry, but I'm LOL at both of you being sick in the parking lot! I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time, though.
Ugh, how I feel your pain (or nausea in this case). I had hyperemesis with Everett and the only way to reduce the vomiting was with meds. I carried a plastic bag with me everywhere and actually threw up on a police officer's shoe when pulled over because I was speeding home to be sick - again. No, I did NOT get a ticket :D
There's lots of OTC 'remedies' but they never worked for me. Liz will roll her eyes here, but eating oyster crackers constantly helped a bit. I'm hoping the 2nd trimester brings immediate relief!
Hugs,

oh no, poor you and hubby- and those poor people eating at the patio (LOL)!!! It's weird, for me my other 2 pg's before I had RNY I was pretty sick in the beginning and then just felt sick the rest of the time with major food aversions. But with this one, I was pretty sick up until about 12 wks (throwing up a few times a week and food aversions) and then after that, I feel totally normal!! The only thing that reminds me that I'm pg now is my protruding belly and tiredness! Hopefully pretty soon you get feeling better!
