It's not toxic to the baby if you are deficient -- which you are.

Ok...so I have a question then.  I found out that my vitamin D is in the toilet again so was put on 50,000 iu/week.  It's a small green soft gel.  I just looked it up and I think that is D2...which is bad? Should I take D3 in addition to this or something else?  I also don't want to it to be toxic to the baby but of course I know I need to get my levels up.

Help lol

The D2 won't do anything for you.  It litterally takes hundreds of units to make a single unit of D3 -- which is what the body needs.

Throw the script away.  Take a dry form of D3.  You can get a 50,000 IU D3 from vitalady.  You can take the same dose, but in a form that will, you know, do something for you.
